In October 2015 my life was forever changed when Maha Soul moved in next to my office in Downtown Littleton. Since then, we've both outgrown that first space and Maha Soul (along with owner Tracy Lawson) has become a key factor in keeping me, Kaleigh Canavan, up and running. That's why this month's Business We Love blog is dedicated to the lovely Tracy Lawson and her wonderful business.
Located in the heart of Downtown Littleton (5739 S Curtice St), Maha Soul is a beacon of love and light to the local community.
If you're dedicated to shopping small this holiday season, be sure to stop in and check out Maha Soul's "Fun, Funky Retail" section of their studio. They carry everything from jewelry and clothing to candles, kombucha, books and CBD products. I'm so excited to find something there for everyone on my gift list this year.
Beyond the retail store, you'll find a yoga studio (personally I think it's a sanctuary) where Maha Soul has class offerings for every skill level. I love their "Gentle Yoga & CBD" class, the "Express" lunch hour classes (a perfect break from your workday) and the Sunday morning Gentle Yoga. Maha Soul's variety of skills and schedule make it easy to keep up with self-care. Having just expanded into even more space next door, the class schedule can now get even more extensive, so be sure to keep an eye on the updates posted every quarter!
Another thing I really enjoy are the special events and workshops held at Maha Soul. Earlier this year I attended a Mala Making Class, where I made new friends and left with a beautiful mala and a new understanding of how to use it! I'm also really excited to attend the next Yoga Teacher Training held at Maha Soul (for my own personal enrichment).
So, whether you're shopping small for the holidays or maybe have a New Year's resolution that involves a bit more Yoga in your life, I would highly encourage you to stop in and check out Maha Soul in Downtown Littleton.
