Business We Love: Megan Johnson Coaching

I'm over the moon excited to be spotlighting the one and only Megan Johnson Coaching in this month's Business We Love blog series. In an age where so many people are starting to call themselves a "coach", Megan is a brilliant light of professionalism who really knows her stuff.

She serves as a Business Coach for both individual coaching and group coaching to the Denver Metro area (with an office in the DTC area).

When I asked her what she loves about her business, her answer was beautiful.

"Every day I get to help people in a way that directly affects their lives, their families, and their futures. I have the unique position to be able to see women's business take off in a way they didn't know was possible when I meet them. It is a constant source of inspiration to me. I love seeing the women I work with grow in confidence and competence to become truly great business women that live and work on their own terms."

One of the things that really impressed me about Megan's Coaching model is that she wants to empower you to run a more successful business, but then kicks you "out of the nest" and makes you do it on your own. You don't get to use her as a crutch, because her model is short-term sessions with precision focus.

Right now, she's working with a brand new group for her Success Society, a 3-month group coaching program. "While I knew it would be great, the women who participated in the first round really made incredible strides in their businesses. I am so proud of the work they put in and how much they leaned into each other's businesses as well."
